Eat well!

Add an egg to your salad to make it more healthy!
A salad makes a healthy and tasty meal.  Adding fruits and vegetables of different colours to the salad, provides a wide range of nutrients to your body.
  Research has shown that adding an oily dressing or an egg to your salad, increases the amount of nutrients absorbed by your body.
Nutrients such as carotenoids, found in tomatoes and carrots, are fat soluble, therefore more likely to be absorbed when taken with fatty food (oil, egg yolk).
Olive oil is a good salad dressing, as only a small amount is needed to achieve a carotenoid boosting effect, thus keeping the fat content of the meal low.
Adding an egg improves the taste and also adds the protein content to the salad.
